Six of our favorite stores, now home to ghosts.
We worked with Locknesters, a pioneering Brooklyn design studio, to create special 1000% prototypes using their signature “puzzle” aesthetic, then gifted them to the aforementioned boutiques.
The Toy Tokyo ghost went on display at their East Village store on August 23, 2023, making it the first ghost to ever appear in public. Others have been gifted and displayed in the weeks and months since.
